Kappa Delta Phi NAS

Any member of a chapter that fails to pay national dues may be expelled from the chapter via a finical expulsions. Financial expulsions are submitted via a jot form form submission. In order to approve financial expulsions, the chapter/emerging chapter must approve the expulsion AFTER the dues deadline (11/15 and 3/15) by a 3/4 chapter vote. Meeting minutes are required. You must also show proof an invoice has been sent to the sister and that you have tried to communicate with the sister to pay dues. Expulsions can only be approved if: * The sister owes National dues at the time of submission * The chapter/emerging chapter approves the expulsion by a 3/4 majority vote * The chapter/emerging chapter has made attempts to collect funds from the sister * The expulsion form has been filled out correctly. Kappa Delta Phi N.A.S does NOT reimburse chapters for money owed by sisters, and does not consider chapter dues, fines, etc, as part of the expulsion process. financial expulsion jot form link: https://form.jotform.com/211913731177050
